Brett is the DR Horton new homes consultant at Berewick. Raised in Boston and Chicago, he has called Charlotte home since 1989. Brett worked for two national home builders for 10 years before joining DR Horton. And, prior to new home sales, he was a professional hockey player for six years. Brett says that while the travel is not as good, the hours are better!

 Brett and his wife, Kerry, have a 2-year-old daughter named Dara. And, Dara will be a big sister this June! The Dunleavys also have two dogs, Batman and MaryMac
