Josh Riley is the Shea Homes sales representative at Berewick, and he has valuable real estate knowledge with previous experience as a construction expeditor and superintendent. In addition to working for Shea Homes for the past three years, he also lives in a Shea home! Josh’s wife, Kendall, worked for Shea Homes for seven years – so it’s a family affair.

A true North Carolinian, Josh grew up in Durham, N.C., graduated from Appalachian State University and has lived in Charlotte since 2001. The Rileys have a 3.5-year-old son, Brecken, and a 2-year-old daughter named Brennan. They also have a 7-year-old Australian shepherd mix named Bentley … Josh refers to the three as “The Killer B’s”!
