We celebrated a milestone when the Amador family recently moved in – they are the 1,000th family to make their home at Berewick since the community opened sales in 2005!

“We’re excited to welcome the Amadors, and we look forward to welcoming many more families to Berewick. We have more than 30 homes and townhomes under construction, and several are move-in ready,” said Peter Pappas, owner of developer Pappas Properties. “To date, we’ve had 80 contracts signed on new homes in 2011.”

With the help of Keller Williams Realtor Salona Pridgen, the Amadors selected a Lennar home. They were pleased with the outstanding value they received for their investment, including a good size homesite.
