Village Wars is a day-long community competition for Berewick residents. It begans with a 5K and included fun activities such as volleyball, basketball, musical chairs, Oreo stacking, tug-o-war, rock climbing and many more! All the neighbors are invited to come out, meet new people, participate in fun activities and earn points for thier village. The winning village gets an exclusive pizza party at the Manor House, along with bragging rights for the year!

Santa may be busy this time of year, but he’s never too busy to stop by the Berewick Manor House for a visit. Berewick children stopped by to decorate cookies and take pictures on Santa’s lap. We had a photographer ready to capture each child’s special time with Santa. With Santa, cookies and hot coco ready to drink, everyone had a great time!

Leading homebuilder Lennar will celebrate its grand opening of its New Model in the Aberdeen village of Berewick on Saturday, Dec. 8.
The builder, known for its signature Everything’s Included program, will be giving tours of its new model and providing lunch. There will also be cookie decorating and photos with Santa during the grand opening from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Visitors can also register for a chance to win a $250 gift card.
The “Roosevelt,” located at 6130 Berewick Commons Parkway, features an open floorplan with five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a third-floor finished studio and 3,516 square feet.
Lennar is offering nine different floorplans in Aberdeen ranging from 2,205 square feet to more than 3,500 square feet and from four to six bedrooms. The homes, with basement plans and third-floors available, start in the low $200s and include Lennar’s “Everything’s Included®” program that provides homeowners with high-end features like granite countertops and hardwoods included in the base price.
The builder has completed construction in its first phase in Berewick, the Village at Abernathy.
