The 2011 Berewick Halloween Hoot was a huge success! With a staggering number of residents in attendance, it was one of the biggest Halloween Hoots to date. All the little monsters who came out enjoyed new additions to the festival, including a jump castle and petting zoo. Each child was given a goodie bag filled with treats and left with a smile on their ghoulish faces. It was indeed a Happy Halloween!
Aloha! Berewick recently had its first authentic Polynesian luau. The evening started with a traditional lei ceremony, during which all residents were greeted with a tropical lei. They were then seated for an authentic Polynesian dinner, followed by an unforgettable performance. The South Sea Dancers of the Charlotte area came out in full luau fashion and put on one heck of a show! They had everything from fire dancing to hula dancers – and even a ukulele player! The dancers got the crowd involved with a little “how to hula dance” lesson. We look forward to doing this again next year!
More than 100 Realtors recently joined us for lunch to celebrate all the progress at Berewick. With our new community video, our 1000th family moving in and the opening of Dixie River Road, we have a lot to celebrate!
